Upstairs are two bedrooms, the main double bedroom and a twin bedroom with ample storage space. The property also benefits from private off-street parking for one vehicle in addition to ample free parking in the adjacent Meadowbank Car Park.

The lodge is perfectly placed for walks around Arthurrsquo;s Seat or exploring deeper into tranquil areas of the park, such as Dunsapie Loch where you might spot pheasants, otters or other members of the wildlife that are abundant in Holyrood Park. A 15-minute walk through the park takes you to Holyrood Palace, the beginning of the famous Royal Mile, home to many of Edinburghs premium attractions, shops and restaurants. Two large supermarkets are also only a 15-minute walk away.
