With over 25 years of experience in the Scottish and Edinburgh property market, Karen has retained a real passion for every aspect of her role, from ensuring that each individual client receives the first-class service they deserve to the fizz of excitement when finding just the right property for a client. Karen has extensive knowledge and experience in the Scottish and Edinburgh property market, working with private individual and investors. Karen is a former board member of a Scottish Law Practice.

David joined Rettie & Co. in August 2020 having previously worked in the residential property sector in Edinburgh. David currently manages the Rettie Short Lets team and overseas the running of this arm of the business.  Rettie Short Lets specialise in providing high-quality accommodation on a short term basis throughout the city of Edinburgh. David also specialises in residential property development, providing project management services for our landlords to increase their assets value and financial returns. David graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2017 with a degree in Sports Science and Management.

Vanessa joined us in June 2019 having returned from working in property in South West London. She has worked in the property industry for the last 10 years, in sales, lettings and administration. Her responsibilities within the Rettie Short Lets team include winning new business, day-to-day property management and securing short let bookings.
